Before joining the NFL, Dan Connor was ranked #23 on Sports Illustrated's list of the top 25 2008 NFL Draft candidates. His college career at Penn State earned him two First-Team All-American awards, two First-Team All-Big Ten awards, a Chuck Bednarik Award and a Senior Bowl North VP award. He was drafted by the Panthers in 2008, where he stayed for several seasons until signing with the Cowboys in 2012.
